1 lb hamburger
1 cup onion (chopped)
1/4 tsp. salt
1/2 tsp garlic salt
1 tsp. paprika
1 (14 oz.) can tomatoes (diced)
1 beef bouillon cube
1 (7 oz.) can tomato sauce
11/2 cup hot water
2 tsp. chili powder
1/2 cup celery (chopped)
1/2 cup green pepper (chopped)
1 can mushrooms
1 tsp. tobasco
1 (15 oz.) kidney beans

Directions:
Directions:
Brown meat and onions. Add salt, garlic and paprika. Mix in tomatoes, bouillon, tomato sauce, water and chili powder.

Simmer 1 hour and 30 minutes.

Then add celery, green peppers, mushrooms, beans and tobacco.

Cook another 30 minutes.

Alternate method: Brown meat and onions. Add spices. Throw everything into a slow cooker and let simmer all day.

Chili is best served with white rice and fresh buns with butter.
