4cups of flour.
1Tbsp of baking powder.
1tsp of salt.
2tsp of sugar.
1tbsp of shortening.
2Tbsp of milk.
1cup of warm water.

Directions:
Directions:
Mix flour, baking powder, salt, sugar and shortening.
Mix in 1cup of warm water and mix until soft dough forms.
Let dough rest for 40 minutes.
Cut off golf ball size pieces of dough and roll out in a round shape, the size of a small plate.
Bring about 3-4inches of cooking oil to 375º F on top of stove.
Gently drop dough in hot oil and cook for about 2 minutes per side.
Place on paper towel to absorb excess grease.

Serve with chili on top covered by shredded cheese, diced green onions, salsa and sour cream.
