2 1/2 cup flour
salt to taste
1 cup Crisco
1 tbsp. vinegar
1/2 cup milk

Directions:
Directions:
Sift flour and salt; blend in Crisco with pastry blender or 2 knives. Combine vinegar with milk; add to flour. Mix with fork. Divide dough; roll 1 crust at a time. Dough may be rehandled.
