1/3 c. butter
1/3 c. shortening
1 tsp. vanilla
2 T. lemon juice
1 to 2 T. milk
4 c. powdered sugar

Combine Butter and Shortening , mix until creamy add 2 c. powered sugar, vanilla, lemon juice and 1 T. milk mix until creamy add remain 2 c. powdered sugar, a little at a time and remaining milk if needed.

I double this recipe as it never seems to cover all my cupcakes ( I may be a little heavy on the frosting of the cupcakes)
