For Cake:
2 sticks margarine, room temperature
1/3 c. crisco
3 c. sugar
3 c. cake flour + 6 tbsp.
5 eggs
1 tbsp. vanilla extract
1 1/2 tbsp. lemon extract
1/2 tsp. baking powder
1 c. milk (2% or whole)
dash of salt

For Glaze:
1 c. confectioner's sugar
3 tbsp. lemon juice

Directions:
Directions:
Preheat oven to 325º. Cream butter, shortening, and sugar until light and fluffy. Add vanilla and lemon, blend well. Add eggs one at a time, beating after each. Add flour with baking powder alternating with milk. Mix thoroughly. Pour into greased and floured tube pan. Bake for 1 hr and 15 min.

Mix confectioner's sugar and lemon juice for glaze. Drizzle glaze over cake while still warm.
