1 pound ground beef, browned
Green pepper, chopped
Onion, chopped
Celery, chopped
Potatoes
Carrots

2 cans golden mushroom soup

Directions:
Directions:
Brown the meat and drain the fat. Add the green pepper, onion, and celery together and sauté. Put into a roaster or casserole dish and add potatoes, carrots and 2 cans of golden mushroom soup. Stir to mix all ingredients.
Bake in slow oven at 325º for 3/4 to 1 hour or until vegetables are done.

This recipe also works well with ground venison. You decide how much of each vegetable to add. I believe Mom got this recipe from Hazel Conrad.
