4 T butter (1/2 stick)
1/2 lb scallops
1/2 lb jumbo shrimp, peeled and deveined
1/2 dry white wine
1/2 lb lump crabmeat
2 pints heavy cream
black pepper to taste
1/2 cup grated Romano cheese
1 lb fettuccini, cooked el dente and drained

Melt butter in large saute pan over medium-high heat. When foaming subsides, add scallops and cook for about a minute, mixing while it cooks. Add shrimp and saute for another minute. Add wine. Bring to a boil and cook for another minute.

Add crabmeat, cream and pepper. Bring to a rapid boil. Stir in cheese and cook just until cheese melts, about 30 seconds. Serve immediately over cooked and drained pasta.

I added clams and mussels to mine. Steamed the clams and mussels first and then just added them in, in their shells, to the cream sauce at the end.
