1 1/2 C. Ketchup
1- 8 oz. can tomato sauce
1/2 C. brown sugar
1/2 C. cider vinegar
1/3 C. Worcestershire sauce
2 T. soy sauce
juice of 1 lemon
1 tsp. minced ginger
1/2 tsp. pepper
1/2 tsp. dry mustard
1/2 tsp. garlic powder
1/2 tsp. onion powder
1/2 tsp. dried oregano
1/2 tsp. dried basil
1/2 tsp. red pepper flakes (Owen likes more!)
1/4 tsp. ground allspice

Place all ingredients is a sauce pan and stir to mix well. Bring to boil over high heat, then reduce to low and simmer, stirring occasionally, for 15 minutes to blend flavors. Remove from heat. The sauce will keep in an air tight container in the fridge for up to 1 month.
