3 c. medium noodles
1 small can tuna, drained
1/2 c. light mayonnaise
1 c. sliced celery
1/3 c. chopped onion
1/4 c. bell pepper, chopped
1/4 c. chopped pimiento
1/2 tsp. salt
1 10.5-oz can cream of celery soup
1/2 c. milk (I use skim)
4 oz. Velveeta cheese, grated or cubed

Cook pasta using package directions and drain. Combine pasta, tuna, mayonnaise, celery, onion, green pepper, pimiento, and salt. Blend cream of celery soup and 1/2 cup milk and heat through. Add cheese. Heat and stir until cheese melts. Add to pasta mixture.

Spray a casserole dish with Pam, and pour mixture into dish. Bake uncovered at 425º for 17 minutes. Add French fried onion rings to top and bake another 3 minutes. Enjoy!
