1 lb. Ground Beef
1/2 C. bread crumbs
1 egg
3/4 tsp. salt
1/4 tsp. paprika
2 T. green peppers (finely diced)
Rice (not minute rice)
Tomato Sauce
1 tsp Chili Powder
1 T Worchestershire Sauce
1 tsp yellow mustard
1/2 tsp garlic powder

Directions:
Directions:
Combine first 6 ingredients, form into balls and press into raw rice. In a heavy pot heat tomato sauce, chilli powder, Worcestershire sauce, yellow mustard, and garlic powder. Add meatballs. Cover and simmer for about 45 minutes.
