1lb. ground pork
1 lb. ground beef
3 stalks chopped celery
1 large chopped onion
Salt and pepper to taste
1 tbsp. poultry seasoning
1 tsp. sage
Bread crumbs or bread cubes

Directions:
Directions:
Simmer all ingredients for 1 1/2 hours.

When cooked do not drain but add the bread crumbs or cubes and mix until the consistency is right.

Add more seasonings if desired.
