3/4 tsp. salt
3 c. bread flour
2 tsp. bread machine yeast

I use this recipe for my bread machine on the Dough cycle. I'm sure you can use it without the machine (the old fashioned way!). Fast rising yeast could substitiute for the bread machine yeast.
