3 packages of white mushrooms
2 packages of cream cheese
1/2 c. bread crumbs
1/2 c. milk
1/2 tbsp. minced garlic
sprinkle of adobo

Directions:
Directions:
Preheat oven to 350º.

Cut the stems out of the mushrooms, chop them up and set them aside.
In skillet, put 2 packages of cream cheese and melt. Add breadcrumbs (about 1/2 c. to start) and 1/2 c. milk. Add 1/2 tbsp. of minced garlic and some adobo to taste. Add the stems. The texture should not be runny but a little thick. You can add more milk and breadcrumbs as needed and season to taste.

Cook mushroom caps upside down with butter for about 15 minutes or until soft. Then flip caps over and stuff them. Bake in oven for 20 minutes.
