1 package German chocolate cake mix
1 ¼ c. of water
1/3 c. of oil
3 eggs
1 can sweet and condensed milk (14oz)
1 jar caramel
8 oz. tub of Cool Whip (thawed)
1 candy bar Heath bar or Sympathy bar

Directions:
First grease bottom of 9x13 cake pan then add 1 ¼ cup of water 1/3 cup of oil and 1 package of German chocolate cake mix. Stir in mixer until even. Pour into a 9x13 pan. Bake at 350 degrees for 33 to 40 minutes then let cool 15 minutes. Next make small holes in cake with wooden spoon half inch apart then add sweet and condensed milk over cake put cake in refrigerator for 15 to 20 minutes. Take out and drizzle Caramel evenly on cake. Put cake back in refrigerator for 15 minutes then smooth whole container of cool whip. Finally sprinkle the candy bar over the cake then cut and serve
