3 sweet potatoes, peeled and cut lengthwise into 1/2-inch-thick slices.
3 T olive oil
1 T fresh pineapple sage, chopped
coarse salt and ground pepper
2 T butter
2 scallions, thinly sliced

Directions:
Directions:
1. Heat grill to medium. Toss the sweet potatoes in large bowl with the olive oil and season with salt and pepper.
2. Grill the potatoes, turning frequently, until tender when pierced with fork. 20 to 30 minutes.
3. Return the grilled potatoes to the bowl; add the butter, and break the potatoes into large pieces with the side of a spoon. Toss in scallions and pineapple sage, and serve.
