1/2 cup finely chopped onion
1/4 cup butter
1 cauliflower cut into small florets
6 plum tomatoes chopped
1/2 cup chicken stock
1 3 lb spaghetti squash baked
1/2 cup grated parmesan

Directions:
Directions:
Saute the onion in the butter. Add the cauliflower and saute. Add the tomatoes, the stock and salt and pepper and simmer about 20 minutes until a sauce is formed by the tomatoes. Scoop the strands out of the squash and top with the sauce and the parmesan.
