1 cup cereal cream
1/2 cup each of honey and maple syrup
1/2 lb sweet butter
1 1/2 cups sugar
1 tbsp baking soda
1 tbsp each of cinnamon, ginger and cloves
6 1/2 to 7 cups flour
1 egg

Directions:
Directions:
Combine cream with honey and syrup and set aside. In a bowl cream butter and sugar together. Add honey cream mixture and beat together. Mix together the dry ingredients and add to the wet mixture. Knead until smooth and let rest covered overnight.
On a floured board roll out as thin as possible and cut out shapes with cookie cutters. Lay cookies on ungreased baking pans and brush with an egg mixed with 2 tbsp of cold water. Bake at 375 for about 5 minutes.
