2 lbs Round Steak (cut in bite size pieces)
¼ Cup Sugar
½ Cup Soya Sauce
1 Pkg Onion Soup Mix
2 Cups water
2 Medium Onions
1 Green Pepper
1 Cup Celery & Leaves
Add 2 med Onions, 1 Green Pepper, cut in strips
1 Cup Celery, leaves and all
1 Can China Lily mixed veg and juice or Fresh Vegetables of your choice.
1 Can Mushrooms or Fresh
Cornstarch for thickening

Options: bamboo shoots or bean sprouts.

Cut the steak into cubes and fry in butter or olive oil to brow. Add sugar, soya sauce, onion soup mix and water, simmer until tender. Add sliced onion, green pepper and celery cook 3 - 5 minutes, Add 1 can china Lily mixed vegetables and juice or (fresh vegetables) and 1 can of mushrooms or (fresh). Thicken with cornstarch.
