1 medium head of cauliflower or broccoli
1/4 cup onion
1/4 cup flour
2 cup milk
4 ounces Velveeta
4 tablespoon butter
3 cups chicken broth
1 tablespoon Worcestershire sauce

Directions:
Directions:
Cook cauliflower, drain and chop. Cook onion in butter until tender, but not brown. Blend in flour, then add broth and milk. Cook until slightly thickened. Add Worcestershire sauce and cauliflower. Boil, stirring constantly. Add cheese stir until well blended and serve.
