1/4 cup butter
5 cups crisp rice cereal
40 regular (big) marshmallows

Directions:
Melt butter in a 3 quart saucepan, over low heat. Add marshmallows, stir until melted and well blended. Remove from heat. Stir in cereal until well coated. Press into greased 13X9 inch pan. Cool. Cut into squares.
