1 c warm water
1 tbsp sugar
1 tbsp instant yeast
2 tbsp oil
1 tsp salt
2 ½ c flour
⅓ c Italian salad dressing
pepper, garlic salt, oregano, and thyme to taste
⅓ c mozza or cheddar cheese, grated

Directions:
Directions:
Stir first five ingredients together in a large bowl. Add flour until a soft dough is formed. Grease dough and cover with plastic wrap. Let rise 20 minutes in a warm place. Spread dough out onto a greased cookie sheet. Bake at 375ºF for 15-20 minutes. Brush the salad dressing over the dough and sprinkle with herbs and grated cheese. Bake in the oven again for a few minutes until the cheese is melted. Cut into wedges and serve warm.
