1 tbsp. yeast
1/4 cup warm water
1 tsp. sugar

3 cups flour
3 tbsp. sugar
1/4 tsp. salt
1 cup margarine
1/2 cup milk
2 eggs

1 cup sugar
2 tbsp. cinnamon

Directions:
Directions:
Set the yeast to soften in the warm water and sugar.
Mix the flour, sugar, salt and margarine as for pie crust. Add eggs, milk and yeast. Knead until soft. Refrigerate overnight. Do not let the dough rise. Roll into circles (about 8") as for pie crust, using cinnamon sugar on the counter instead of flour. Cut each circle into 12 - 16 wedges and roll each wedge starting from the wide end. Bake at 350º F until crispy and golden.
