1 egg
3/4 cup sugar
1/2 cup all-purpose flour
1/4 tsp. salt
1/2 tsp. cinnamon
1 tsp. baking powder
1 1/2 cups apples, hard peeled and cored
3/4 cup walnuts

Directions:
Directions:
Mix together egg and sugar. Mix flour,salt, baking powder and cinnamon. Mix all ingredients together
and put in a pie plate. Bake at 350 for 45 minutes.

This recipe came from Ann Bornen. She was an actress in the 50's . She is best remembered for playing the secretary on the Donna Reed Show. She and her husband were active members our our Methodist Church for many years.
