1 (3 oz.) pkg. lime jello
1 c. boiling water
1 (9 oz.) can crushed pineapple
1 c. cottage cheese, creamy
1/2 c. mayonnaise
1/2 c. cool whip
1/4 c. pecans (optional)





Directions:
Directions:
Dissolve 1 pkg. lime jello in 1 cup boiling water. Add juice from 1 can crushed pineapple. Chill until slightly thickened. Beat until frothy. Fold in pineapple, 1 cup cottage cheese, 1/2 cup mayonnaise, 1/2 cup cool whip and pecans. Chill until firm.
