4 cans flat anchovy fillets
1 1/2 lbs carrots, 1/4 inch diameter
1 1/2 lb string beans, 1/2 inch diameter
1 1/2 lb cauliflower, 1/2 inch slices

1 qt cider vinegar until just crisp tender
4 cans tomato sauce
1 pt olive oil, (or 1/2 c less)
2 lg cans butter mushrooms, drained
3 jars artichoke hearts and juice
1 lg jar stuffed green olives, drained
2 cans drained pitted black olives
1 jar capers
1 lg jar pickled onions, drained
chunks of tuna

Directions:
Directions:
Cook first 4 ingredients together and then add vinegar; and continue to cook until crisp tender. Drain.
Cook in separate pan the tomato sauce and olive oil to boil, then add the vegetables and the mushrooms, artichokes, green and black olives, capers, pickled onions. Bring to boil, simmer 10 minutes, watching that it doesn't stick to the bottom of the pan.
Fill sterilized jars 2/3 full. Add piece of tuna in each jar filling to the top.
Bring to boil and boil for 20 minutes. Turn off heat, put lids in water to warm the rubber ring and then put on top of clean jars. Seal.
