2 c. flour
1 c. chicken broth, hot
2 egg yolks, beaten
1 tsp. salt

Directions:
Directions:
Make a hole in the center of flour, pour in the boiling broth.
Quickly add beaten egg yolks, taking flour from the sides of the hole, mixing as fast as possible
Roll out small amounts (flat, about 1/8 in.) at a time on wax paper.
Drop into boiling broth, stirring as little as possible.
Turn heat low and put on lid for just a short time.
