1 cup of white sugar
1 cup of powdered sugar
1 cup of vegetable oil
1 cup of butter
2 eggs
2 t.vanilla
4 cups flour, don’t add much more
1 t. cream of tartar
1 t. baking soda
1/2 t. salt
Directions:
Directions:
Mix all together and chill overnight. Roll in balls, roll in sugar and flatten with a glass. Bake at 350º 6-8 minutes
