1 c. sugar
1/2 c. crisco
2 tbsp. milk
1 egg
2 c. flour
1 tsp. baking powder
1/2 tsp. baking soda
1/2 tsp. salt

Glaze:
1 1/2 c. powder sugar sifted
1/4 tsp. vanilla
2-3 tbsp. milk

Directions:
Directions:
Combine ingredients. Roll in ball insert stick and flatten with glass bottom. Bake at 400 degrees for 8-10 min. After cookies have cooled frost with glaze and decorate like a Santa face. Use red sugar for cap, mini marshmallows for tip of cap. coconut for beard and fur on cap. Red Hot for nose and mini chocolate chip for eyes. frost one at a time and decorate so glaze doesn't set to fast.
