2 to 3 lbs. chicken Wings, split
½ cup all-purpose white flour
2 tsp Chinese Five Spice
oil for deep frying

OYSTER SAUCE:
¼ cup white sugar
2 tbsp soya sauce
6 tbsp oyster sauce
2 cups water
¼ cup cornstarch

Directions:
Directions:
1. Split, rinse and dry chicken wings. Coat with flour and Chinese 5 spice. Deep fry in hot oil.

2. Combine sugar, soya sauce, oyster sauce and cornstarch dissolved in water. Cook 10 minutes til thick.
