5 C. Apple Juice or Apple Concentrate
1 tsp. Lemon Juice
7 C. Sugar
2-3 tsp. ground Cinnamon
1 pouch Certo (Liquid Pectin)

7 Half-Pint Jelly Jars which have been sterilized and have been kept hot.

Directions:
Combine apple juice and lemon juice in a Dutch oven and bring to a boil. Boil for 15 minutes. Add sugar and stir to dissolve. Return to a full-rolling boil and boil for 5 minutes. Add cinnamon and mix well. Add Certo and stir well for several minutes.
Pour jelly immediately into sterilized, hot Jelly Jars, leaving a 1/2-inch headspace.
With a clean, wet cloth wipe the rims and seal as directed according to the instructions for the canning lids and bands you are using.
