1 qt. Apple Juice
1 pkg. powdered Pectin
4-1/2 C. Sugar
2 Tbsp. Red Hots (Cinnamon Imperials)

7 Half-Pint Jelly Jars which have been sterilized and have been kept hot.

Directions:
Directions:
In a large saucepan, combine juice and pectin. Bring to a full-rolling boil. Add sugar and Red Hots, stirring constantly. Remove from heat.
Pour jelly immediately into sterilized, hot Jelly Jars, leaving a 1/2-inch headspace.
With a clean, wet cloth wipe the rims and seal as directed according to the instructions for the canning lids and bands you are using.
