Personal Notes:
These bars are great for a breakfast on the run or a snack at work. The brand of ingredients is very important in this recipe for the correct taste & texture. I use the two brands of peanut butter to obtain the correct texture. The protein powder is most crucial for taste & I recommend a protein powder that is vanilla, whey based, flavored with Splenda & most importantly, tastes great. Variations include adding almond extract, nuts & dried fruit.
