3 eggs, 2 separated (2 egg whites for top)
1 cup sugar
1/2 cup butter
1 tsp vanilla

Directions:
Directions:
Beat eggs and sugar and add melted butter, vanilla and place in unbaked crust. Sprinkle nutmet over top. Bake 45 to 50 minutes in 350 degree oven. Beat 2 egg whites and 2 T sugar. Place egg whites over pie after it has cooked. Place back in oven until brown.
