1 9 in. pie crust
3/4 c. half and half
2 eggs, slightly beaten
1/4 tsp. salt
dash pepper
1 c. (4 oz) grated Monterey Jack cheese
1 tbsp. flour
8 slices cooked bacon, crumbled

Directions:
Directions:
Combine half and half, cheese, eggs, and seasonings. mix well. Toss cheese with flour. Add cheese mix and bacon to the egg mixture. Pour into pie crust. Bake at 325º for 30 to 35 min. (until top is brown).
You may use whatever meat, cheese and vegetables you like to create your own quiche. This is the basic quiche recipe. If you increase the portions of cheese and or meat, use the deep dish pie crust.
