2 or 3 lbs. thick sliced chicken cutlets-Cut into bite size pieces.
1 container Colombo Italian flavored bread crumbs ( You can supp. with hot & spicy)
4 eggs
vegetable or canola oil
Lawry's seasoned salt
Directions:
Directions:
Heat oil in deep pan, about an inch deep. (enough to cover nuggets)
Beat eggs in large bowl.
Soak chicken in egg mixture, drench well.
Then dip chicken in bread crumbs, cover each piece well.
Put nuggets in hot , preheated oil. Make sure they are covered in oil.
Turning constantly.
Cook until browned on all sides.
Line a deep dish with paper towels and place chicken over towels to drain excess oil.
Transfer to serving dish, Sprinkle very well with Lawry's seasoned salt.
