Ingredients:
Ingredients:
2 cups Walnuts
2 sticks of Butter
1 cup Sugar
2 sleeves of Saltine crackers
12 oz package of Milk chocolate chips

Directions:
Directions:
Preheat oven to 350ºF

-Chop about 2 cups of walnuts ( few extra will be fine ) save for later use
-Line large ( 11x17 ) cookie sheet with foil using just one piece of foil
-Line foil covered cookie sheet with saltine crackers ( about 2 sleeves will cover the pan)
-Melt 2 sticks of butter in a medium size sauce pan
-When melted, add 1 cup of sugar and stir mixture until it comes to a boil. Let it boil at a low boil for 3 minutes. Keep stirring all the time.
-Pour butter mixture over the crackers and spread evenly with a rubber spatula.
-Bake in 350 degree preheated oven for about 15 minutes until tops are light brown.
-Remove from oven and pour a 12 once package of MILK CHOCOLATE bits over crackers. Spread gently but quickly, using a rubber spatula.
-When chocolate is smooth, yet still warm, sprinkle chopped nuts on top.
-WAIT until completely cool. Even overnight.
-Pull foil off the back of crackers. VERY CAREFULLY, you don't want the crackers to break!!!!!!
-Hopefully your crackers will be in one piece. They will cut easier if they are.
-Using a long sharp knife, cut into pieces.
-Sounds like a lot of work but everything moves along quickly and they are soooooooooooo good. Love, Gram
