3 cups self rising flour
1 tsp salt
4 T sugar
1 cup melted butter
1 can beer, less two sips
Directions:
Directions:
Mix everything together except the butter. Melt the butter in the skillet. Pour some out to put on top of the batter. Press dough into pan, spread butter over the top and cook on the open fire. After it bubbles on top kind of like a pancake, turn it over to cook the other side.
