Frozen Phyllo Dough
PAM
Freshly Grated Parmesan Cheese
Your choice of toppings
Suggestions: Steamed Shrimp,, Blanched Asparagus, Feta, Red Peppers, etc
Or Traditional Pizza Toppings and Sauce

Preheat Oven to 400º
Thaw phyllo
Unroll phyllo and using the bottom of a cheesecake pan as a pattern, cut circles of phyllo.
I usually cut through entire stack of phyllo at once with a sharp knife. Place circles in large zip loc and refrigerate.
Prepare toppings
Place one phyllo circle on baking sheet spray with PAM and top with grated Parmesan
Repeat until you have 5 layers. Top with desired toppings
Bake for 8 minutes
