1 (3 oz.) pkg. cream cheese
2 tsp. butter flavoring
1/8 tsp. peppermint oil
1 (16 oz.) pkg. powdered sugar
Paste food coloring
Cornstarch
Directions:
Directions:
Yield: 4 dozen
Combine cream cheese, butter flavoring, oil and sugar in a large mixing bowl; beat at low speed until blended. Add a small amount of food coloring; beat at medium speed until well blended. Knead mint mixture until smooth. Press mixture into rubber candy molds that have been lightly dusted with cornstarch.
