1 c. flour
1 tsp. baking powder
1/2 tsp. salt
1/8 tsp. baking soda
1/3 c. butter
1 1/4 c. brown sugar
2 eggs, slightly beaten
1 tsp. vanilla
1/2 c. semisweet chocolate bits
1/2 c. coarsely chopped walnuts
1 c. shredded zucchini, squeezed dry

Directions:

Preheat oven to 350F.
Spray an 8 X 8 X 2 pan with nonstick spray.
Mix flour, baking powder, salt and baking soda in a bowl.
Beat together the butter and brown sugar until light colored and fluffy. Add the eggs and vanilla.
Gradually stir in the flour mixture, then zucchini, walnuts and chocolate chips.
Pour into pan and bake for 40 minutes.
