Two separate pots
Pot 1
10 oz. tomato soup
18 oz tomato paste
20 oz tomato juice (2 cans is better)
Handful of Parmesan cheese
½ cup white sugar
3 small ground red pepper
3 tbsp parsley
½ tsp oregano, poultry dressing, sage. nutmeg and thyme.
Cook one hour at med. low speed with lid on.
Pot 2
¾ cup olive oil
1 lb ground beef
1 lb ground pork
Brown meat thoroughly in the oil.
Then add
2 large onions
2 cloves garlic (minced)
1 cup diced celery
½ tsp black pepper
1 ½ tsp salt

Cook one hour at med low speed with lid on. At the end of cooking period, combine the two and simmer for 3 hours stirring occasionally. Makes 6 pints which can be stored in refrigerator.
