1 pack lemon jello
1 ½ boiling water
½ cup vinegar
1 ½ cups chopped cabbage
½ cups chopped celery
12 stuffed olives
2 tbsp. minced onions
¼ tsp. salt

Directions:
Directions:
Dissolve jello in boiling water. When lukewarm add vinegar. When mixture is cold and beginning to thicken, add remaining ingredients. Mix well. Serve on greens.
Macaroni salad
* oz spiral macaroni
1 green pepper
1 red pepper
1 cup diced cheddar cheese
⅓ cup sliced pimento stuffed olives
½ cup scallions
⅔ cup mayo
⅓ cup sour cream
1 tsp salt ¼ tsp pepper
1 tbsp lemon
Cook rinse and drain macaroni.
Cut green and red pepper rings. Set aside. Dice the rest.
Toss in bowl with mac. cheese, olives and scallions.
In small bowl mix mayo, sour cream, salt pepper and lemon juice. Pour over salad.
Mix well. Garnish with rings. Cover and chill.
