1¼ tsp. coarsely ground pepper
¼ tsp. salt
4 - 6 oz. tuna steaks, about ¾ inch thick
½ c. chicken or veggie broth
2 T. balsamic vinegar
3 T. dark brown sugar
2 T. low sodium soy sauce
1 tsp. cornstarch
¼ c. diagonally cut green onions

1. Sprinkle tuna with salt and pepper. Grill over medium high heat to desired doneness. About 3 mintues each side for medium rare. Remove from heat.
2. Meanwhile, combine broth, vinegar, sugar, soy sauce, and cornstarch in small sauce pan. Bring to a boil. Cook 1 minute, stirring constantly. Spoon glaze over fish. Top with green onions.
