1 bottle of Pinot Grigio
slices of peaches and nectarines
1 lemon, sliced in discs
2 cups Lillet Blanc **
a splash of ginger ale or soda before serving

**Lillet is a French aperitif wine

Directions:
Directions:
Place slices of ripe peaches and nectarines in a jug. Add lemon slices.
Add remaining ingredients, stir to blend.
Leave jug in fridge overnight to develop flavors.
Pour over ice and add a splash of ginger ale or soda if desired.

A small amount of sugar may be added if needed (if peaches and nectarines are not ripe and juicy)
