3 1/2cups chocolate wafer crumbs
7 tbsp. butter, melted (a bit more unmelted to grease pie plate)
40 large marshmallows (about 1 pkg)
1 cup plus 2 tbsp. half and half
5 tbsp. creme de menthe liqueur
2 tbsp. creme de cacao
1 1/3 cups heavy whipping cream

To make crust: butter the pie pan. In a large bowl combine the wafer crumbs( less 2 tbsp.)
and melted butter. Hand stir until combined. Pour crumb mixture into the pie pan. Press crumbs into the pie pan evenly on bottom and sides to form a crust. Place in freezer.

For filling:
Combine the marshmallows and half and half in the top of a double boiler. Cook until the marshmallows have melted. As marshmallows begin to melt, stir continuously to combine.
Remove from heat and let cool slightly. Note: the mixture may separate, but you can stir it back together,

Add liqueurs into the marshmallow mixture and stir to fully combine.

Whip heavy cream until firm peaks form. Stir into the green marshmallow mixture.
Pour into prepared pie crust. Sprinkle reserved 2 tbsp. of wafer crumbs on the top of pie and place in freezer. Freeze until firm.
