2 bananas
4 pineapple rings
4 maraschino cherries
2 T. mayonnaise
Lettuce leaves

Directions:
Directions:
For an easy salad, peel bananas and cut in half. Place a lettuce leaf on each of 4 salad plates. Lay 1 slice of pineapple on each plate and stand the banana half in the pineapple ring. Spread mayonnaise or Miracle Whip on tip of banana to resemble candle wax. Add the cherry on top for the flame.
Memory: Cliff remembers Beverly making this salad for him for their first meal when they returned from their honeymoon.
