Mix together:
1 lb. Bob Evans sausage
3 lbs. ground beef
1 small onion
3 eggs
1 c. Cooked rice
Salt and pepper to taste

Medium head of cabbage to make rolls
Large can of tomato soup

Directions:
Directions:
Bring cabbage to a boil until leaves fall off. Cool. Make meatballs and roll up in the cabbage sealing ends. Layer in a roaster. You can chop extra cabbage and also put in roaster. Pour a large can of tomato soup mixed with a little sugar over top. Bake at 350º for 2 hours.
