1/3 cup heavy cream
4 oz. chocolate, finely chopped
1/3 cup chopped peanuts, optional

Directions:
Directions:
Bring cream to a boil in a small saucepan and pour over chocolate in a small bowl. Let stand 1 minute, then whisk until smooth.To thicken frosting to spreading consistency chill frosting in bowl, uncovered for 20 to 30 minutes stirring occasionally, before spreading on cupcakes or cake. This will help thicken it. Sprinkle with peanuts, if desired.
