Ingredients:  
Ingredients:  
1tsp of oil.
1/2 sweet yellow onion diced
2-3 carrots diced.
3 stalks of celery diced.
2 cloves of garlic.
5 cups of chicken stock.
1tsp of chicken base.
1/2 tsp of dried basil.
1 cup of cooked chicken.
1/2 cup of long grain rice.
1/2 cup of frozen corn.
2 Tbsp of cornstarch.
1 1/2 cup of cream.

Directions:
Directions:
Sautée onion,celery, carrots.
Add garlic.
Add chicken stock, chicken soup base,basil, chicken, rice and corn.
Bring to boil and simmer for 15 minutes.
Mix cornstarch with cream.
Add to soup and simmer until it thickens.
