1 lb. powdered sugar
1/2 c. Crisco shortening
1/2 c. butter, softened
2-3 T. milk
1 tsp. vanilla

Directions:
Directions:
Beat all ingredients together until smoothly combined. Buttercream icing can be stored in air tight container for up to 2 weeks in refrigerator. Let it come to room temperature, then re-beat on medium speed for about 1 minute.

For chocolate icing, add 3 oz melted bittersweet chocolate.
